Returns & Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases of Velona Vitality Labs from Velona Health Ltd, 74 Caledonian Road, London, N1 9DN, United Kingdom.

1. Your Right of Withdrawal

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.

2. Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return, your pack must be unopened and in its original condition. Please note that, under Regulation 28(3) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons - this applies to opened packs of food supplements. We will only accept returns of clearly unopened, factory-sealed packs.

3. How to Return

  1. Email us at info@zoehipluminous.world within 14 days of receipt, stating your name, contact number and reason for return.
  2. We will reply within 2 working days with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it via a tracked postal service.

4. Return Postage Costs

Return postage is at your cost unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent or damaged goods). We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Since payment was made by cash on delivery, refunds are issued by bank transfer to an account you provide. Please include your bank details in your return email.

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before dispatch - simply inform our team during the confirmation call or email us immediately. If the order has already been dispatched, you may refuse delivery at the door and the order will be cancelled at no charge to you.

7. Defective or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or there is any quality concern, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a description and photograph. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
