Delivery Information
All orders are confirmed by phone before dispatch. You pay on delivery - no card details, no online payment, no subscription. Delivery is available across the United Kingdom.
How Delivery Works
After you submit the order form, our team contacts you by phone during working hours (Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00) to confirm your order and delivery address. No payment is taken at this stage.
Once confirmed, your order is prepared and dispatched within 1-2 working days. The courier delivers to your door and you pay by cash or card on the spot.
If you are not available when the courier calls, they will attempt re-delivery or leave a card with contact details. You can also refuse the delivery - the order will simply be cancelled, at no cost to you.

Delivery timescales are estimates and exclude the 1-2 day dispatch window. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Payment on Delivery
Cash
Pay the courier in cash at the door when your order arrives. Please have the correct amount where possible.
Card
Card payment (Visa or Mastercard) is accepted via the courier's terminal on delivery.
No Online Payment
You will never be asked to pay online or enter card details on this website at any point.
Returns & Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before dispatch - simply inform our team during the confirmation call. After dispatch, you may refuse delivery at the door. For returns after receipt, see our Returns Policy.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to return an unopened pack.
