2. Ordering and Sale

How to order: Submit the order form with your name and phone number. Our team will contact you by telephone during working hours (Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00) to confirm your order, verify the delivery address and answer any questions.

Contract formation: A binding contract of sale is formed when we confirm your order by phone and dispatch the goods.

Price and currency: All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include any applicable VAT. The price shown at the time of your order confirmation is the price you pay.

Payment: Payment is made exclusively on delivery - by cash or card (Visa or Mastercard) to the courier. No payment is collected online.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch by informing us during the confirmation call or by emailing us immediately. There is no charge for cancellation before dispatch.

3. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Velona Health Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Full details are set out in our Returns Policy.

6. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any complaints fairly and promptly. Please contact us first at info@zoehipluminous.world. If we are unable to resolve the matter, you may refer the dispute to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body or seek redress through the courts of England and Wales.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
